This module all to show the a wide range of vehicles from the inventory. Customers can choose a car and buy the vehicles.
Sell Module:
The sell module make trading customer's vehicle hassle free and provides best prices from different dealers. They can view all the offers from the dealers and can accept the best offer, upload required documents for the vehicles and also provide appointment scheduling capabilities.
Inventory Management:
Vehicles can be added, disabled or vehicle information can be edited from this module. The changes has to be approved by the manager (separate user role for dealer user) for getting displayed in the consumer portal buy page.
Bookouts Module:
Bookout is for Trade-In of the vehicles where the dealer can put in the details of what a customer wants to buy, trade in and create a bookout sheet and print it out with other forms needed. Also there is a feature for providing estimates for the vehicles.
Quotes Module:
Customer trades vehicle in consumer portal, dealer quotes price, consumer accepts offer, uploads documents, vehicle added to inventory.
Customer Search for Dealers enables quick customer searches based on name, contact information, enabling dealers to find deals.
Appointment and Follow-Ups:
Appointments and Follow-ups can be created between sales persons, sales managers at dealer end and customers.
